I'm finally caught up after the Thanksgiving holiday...  I didn't even realize I had six versions of "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall," and 41 minutes of the same singer singing the same song six different ways was actually kind of annoying, and I'm a big Dylan fan.

This entry was from last week.  I was on vacation the rest of Thanksgiving week and didn't get a chance to update.
I finished the G's and started the H's last Monday.  One very appropriate track was "Gravy (For My Mashed Potatoes)" by Dee Dee Sharp, since Thanksgiving was approaching.  It inspired me to create a Thanksgiving playlist which turned out to be rather interesting.

Notes
Today ended up being a lot shorter than it should have been, as I was distracted and pulled away from my desk quite often.
The highlights were definitely among the great parts of today.  The four versions of "Going Down Slow" were all unique in fantastic ways, and I found out that I don't have the most recognized version of the song by Howlin' Wolf.  I'm not a big fan of Huey Lewis' version too much, as the tempo of the song doesn't really match up with the overall mood of the song.
I have two more days of work before Thanksgiving, and I'm not sure if I'll make it out of the G's or not.  Stay tuned!
